Kosta, Vedad and the team do an awesome job. They engage well with everyone and everyone feels welcomed. My 13yr old son has been coming for a few months and loves it, you can really see the improvement in his workouts and he is trying things he never would have otherwise like Yoga.

My son says “It’s a great place to go to for good vibes and a great workout, everyone there is so nice and welcoming and I always have a fun workout”

I can’t recommend 747 Fitness enough. Training here has completely changed my strength and consistency.

Kosta goes above and beyond — he doesn’t just coach you in the gym, he keeps you accountable outside of it too. He texts every morning to check how you’re feeling, which honestly keeps you committed and on track. That level of care makes a huge difference.

I was also dealing with groin soreness that just wouldn’t go away, and Kosta helped me work through it properly with the right exercises and adjustments. Since then, I’ve felt stronger, more mobile, and pain-free.

I’ve had a really good experience at 747 Fitness. Since starting, I’ve definitely noticed improvements in my strength and overall fitness. The sessions are tough, but that’s what makes them so effective, you really get pushed and it brings out your best.

The trainers are great. They’re supportive, approachable, and always encouraging, but they also know how to challenge you. It’s a really positive environment to train in, and you feel motivated every session.

The coaches are super friendly, helpful and most importantly passionate. I’ve never had or seen coaches that are genuinely interested in seeing you achieve what you aim to achieve, they push you every step of the way with amazing encouragement. I can say confidently that being at 747 fitness has not only helped me reach my goals physically but mentally it has help me grow in other areas. If I could give 747 fitness 100 stars, I would without hesitation!

3 months in and this place has truly become my home away from home. From day one, the atmosphere has been welcoming, motivating and full of positive energy. I actually know Kosta from school and when I realised I needed help with my weightloss journey, I reached out and it was the best decision I have ever made. The support and encouragement I received right away meant so much to me.

The classes are amazing. They're challenging in the best way. Full of energy and designed to actually help you grow. You don't just show up and sweat, you show up with purpose. There's real focus on your goals, and the coaches are amazing. They're right there with you every step of the way. They push you, encourage you, check in on you and celebrate your wins like they're, their own. That kind of support is rare.

On top of that, having a diet plan ready and tailored to my goals makes the whole journey so much smoother. It takes the guess work out of everything and makes staying consistent so much easier. You're not left to figure things out alone. Kosta truly sets you up to succeed.

And the fact that it's kid friendly? That means everything. Being able to focus on myself while knowing my children are welcomed and comfortable takes away so much stress. It makes showing up possible, and consistency is everything.

I have held several gym memberships but I must say that I have never been a part of anything like this. This is not just a membership to some fitness club. It’s belonging, it’s run by a genuinely wonderful person who genuinely cares and challenges your fitness goals. It is aligned with a group of trainers that pay individual attention to your needs and personal goals. They celebrate with you they challenge you they continually encourage you. They are genuinely pleased to see you turn up at every session and every session is different. And the members - that’s another story they are simply wonderful people that build each other up.
