Kosta Drakoulakos

Hi I’m Kosta and I’m the founder, owner and head trainer at 747Fitness.

Health and fitness have always been a major part of my life, I have participated in many sports including Soccer, Cricket, Football and I have studied various styles of Martial Arts.
My passion for personal training is derived from my love of martial arts. When I was 14, while training boxing I wanted to enhance my knowledge and skills in martial arts so I also undertook Muay Thai and Kickboxing training. In 2007 I began fighting in amateur kickboxing. In 2010 I turned professional and participated in 8 professional kickboxing fights. The highlight of my professional career was winning the IKBF JNR Middleweight K-1 Kickboxing Victoria Championship.

I aspire to pass my knowledge of martial arts onto my students, and to teach them how to use it appropriately. Aside from Martial Arts I am also a Strength & Conditioning coach. I physically prepare amateur and professional athletes by improving their strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility and agility while considering their individuals goals and the needs of their chosen sport.

Hi I’m Aaron and I’m the strength & conditioning and boxing coach at 747 Fitness. I’ve been interested in health and fitness from a young age. Growing up, I participated in as many school sports teams as I could, ranging from soccer, football, basketball etc.

I’ve also been an avid mixed martial arts practitioner from age 21. I train Muay Thai, boxing, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and freestyle wrestling. I’m constantly looking to further develop my mixed martial arts skills as well as pass on my knowledge.

Hi, I am Samira, and I’m the yoga instructor for 747Fitness. I am passionate about all things health and wellness. Approximately 5 years ago I was suffering from chronic back pain and this was the wake up call I needed to make my health a priority. Eversince, I have been on a journey to heal my body, mind and spirit.

I discovered Yoga roughly 4 years ago and became a qualified Yoga Teacher in 2019. In addition to Yoga, I am passionate about Essential Oils, which has led me to start Zamin Wellness. It is my mission to empower others to make their health a priority, to inspire those who have lost hope and to give back to society in any way I can.
